Badr-Eddine research interest on big data analytics for a remotely sensed earth observatory. He has developed a new paradigm and architecture of RS BD processing for many environmental applications, notably, air pollution, forest fire, and climate change. He is actually working on other projects related to ionospheric scintillation modeling and earthquakes prediction using RS techniques.
Badr-Eddine has published many indexed, peer-reviewed papers, contributed to several international conferences, and been involved in some pedagogical activities (teaching and supervising). He has benefited from 4 international fellowships especially, the Erasmus+ KA107 (twice), the VLIR-UOS, and the Campus MARE NOSTRUM of Murcia. He had also participated in some international hackathon, notably the Datathon in France in 2016 and the Hajj Hackathon in KSA in 2018.
Badr-Eddine is a member of the IEEE Young Professional, the ASAF, and a reviewer in the IJEMA journal.
